My second mother

Lois, I will miss you very much. I will always remember your warm smile, that distinct laugh, and some of those funny analogies you came up with. ( ie, a dollar two forty, and that nickname you gave me, which I refuse to reveal) You were at the house the night I left for the Marines, you were always that last stop on the way home from North Carolina or Virginia. You always had a hot meal cooked for me and you Let me crash at your house. That last hour drive home was always the worst. Christmas was always fun. You and Jimmy bought Troy and I top of the line toys and fun things to play with. We always got to go to the beach with y'all when a cabin was rented. You and Jimmy took us to fun fair park in Baton Rouge to ride the rides and ride the water slide. We got to go swimming at y'all's apartment. It was always fun and I will never forget you. Thanks for being my big sister who always cared, prayed for me when the chips were down, and being that second mother. Love, Todd
